Trying To Conceive, No Luck. Ovulating Late. Feeling Bloated, Cramps, Heavy Feeling. Chances Of Conceiving?

We have been trying to have another baby for the last 7 months with no such luck. I have easily gotten pregnant 3 times previously ( 2 live births and 1 miscarriage). After trying a ovulation kit last month i have realised that i ovulate really late in my cycle around day 23 and cycle can be anywhere around 30 to 35 days long. I also get that lightly bloated, crampy, heavy feeling of before i get my period which starts about a week before it arrives so only a few days after I ovulate. I am not sure what is going on but even if the egg is getting fertilised it seems like it is not getting enough time before my body sheds the lining? I do not get a heavy period and only lasts a few days and never ever any spotting in between.

Hello,
Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Ovulation on 23rd day , so may be due to .
1 Hormonal imbalance , diagnosis can be confirmed by blood examination for estrogen , estradiol, androgen , F S H/ L H ratio .
2 Disease of follicles , diagnosis can be confirmed by ultrasound of both ovaries with study of ovarian follicles .
3 Dominant ovarian follicle study as this is very important as, why dominant follicle burst so late .
In my opinion consult a gynecologist and get study of follicles.
Good luck. Dr. HET
