Trying To Conceive, Spotting, Brownish Discharge, Sore Breast. Suggestions?
I last had a period on the 28 of march, and i have been trying to conceive, i have been feeling tired, on and off with a flu, soar and heavy breast, diziness, headache, stomach cramps constipation sometime a little dierrhea, nausea, bloating. On the 18th may 2013, i had sex with my partner, two days later i notice some slight bleeding not heavy but some spotting and brownish discharge, i still have some soar and heavy breast. Can you come with some kind of solution with all i mentioned here?

Brown spotting or discharge is mostly associated with implantation bleeding. Other reasons are hormonal imbalance, stress, old endometrial tissue, vaginal infection etc.
You need to undergo one blood test for beta HCG & TVS scan at the earliest to rule out conception. Other supportive investigations are required on the basis of pelvic examination after consultation with gynecologist.
Take healthy diet, drink plenty fluids, avoid stress and maintain genital hygiene properly. All the best.
