Hi,
you certainly have chances of conception. It would be a n ideal situation for you to do a proper pregnancy test. Depending on other signs and symptoms, an ultrasound can be asked. However, the fact that you already have a child is an indication you can have another. A proper consultation with a gynecologist or an infertility specialist had aid in proper assessment of your chances of getting the baby and advice on your sexual life to increase chances if need be.
I do not feel you need to worry and meeting an infertility specialist is my suggestion.
Hope this helps,
Thanks,
