Trying To Get Pregnant, Have Hormonal Test Result. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?

Hello doc,am Florence,28yrs and married, am trying to get pregnant,I have done an hormonal test which shows am ovulating well,and my husband is very ok too. I just did a scan which show I hav a bulky uterus(6.53cm) irregular sesoral outline, ante vetted in position.multiple sub serous fibroid within anterior n posterior walls with the largest 2.45cm.
>the uterine cavity is empty n endometrial stripe is thin n irregular in outline.
>the adnexa are free.no ovarian cyst seen
>pouch of Douglas is empty. Pls is this a serious case. What can I do. Can I still conceive?

Thanks for your query.
Your problem is multiple fibroids.
Fibroids are a benign tumour of the smooth muscle of the uterus.
They are not a problem if they do not impinge on the uterine cavity.
However, you have multiple fibroids, and the endometrial stripe ( lining of the uterus ) is irregular due to them.
Hence you might have difficulty in conception due to that.
Please consult an Infertility specialist.
The fibroids might require removal surgery.
Also have patency of your fallopian tubes assessed at the same sitting.
