Trying To Get Pregnant, Having Irregular Period. What To Do?

Hi i m trying to get pregnent and an irregular period because im not ovulating so my doctor gave me duphaston then clomid after 3 days from my period and im not ovulate so he gave me gonal f injection and i got my period so this month i have to take clomid this month??

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
The cause for your irregular cycles to be treated.
Because that can affect your fertility and pregnancy also.
So, take treatment for the cause.
Like if you are having poly cystic ovary disease, you may need insulin sensitizers.
In case of thyroid hormonal abnormalities, related tablets to be taken.
And you may need to take ovulation induction drugs this month also, possibly with increased dosage.
And if your doctor recommends go for injection as in previous month.
Track the ovulation by follicular study and plan intercourse around the that time.
This will increase the possibility of pregnancy.
