Trying To Sleep But There Is A Tingling Feeling

Lately, on some days when I try to go to sleep, my while body starts tingling. It s very annoying and when I open my eyes, it goes away. When I close my eyes to try to sleep, it starts. I really want to try to stop this but I don t know how.. What should I do? I m a girl who is almost 16 years old. What I noticed was that when I sleep during the day (today was 3-4 hours after school) I have the problem at night. At least I think so.

avoid sleep in day which is more than enough. You may have night mear,or anxity.take your parents about your anxiety it will relive your tension. drink a glass of milk bed time it causes sound sleep.
Psychiatrist Dr. Keerthish Shetty's  Response
At your age, transient stress related problems are common. Try following a good sleep hygiene (some points which improve sleep quality like sleeping everyday at same time, no exercise or tea/coffee before sleep etc). Contact a specialist for more details if the problem persists.
