Hi Gaurav, Thanks for visiting HCM. Sub-centimetric mesentric nodes may be found in tuberculosis. Usual finding in abdominal tuberculosis is bowel thickening, ileo-cecal lumps and mesentric nodes. The diagnosis is confirmed by biopsy of node which is invasive process, so empirical treatment is given. Usually the symptomatic improvement starts by 2nd or 3rd week but may take time. Its may advice to you, to continue the treatment for at least 6 months. For the first two months you just take the forecox which contains four drugs and afterwards two drug will be continued for four months..... Take high protein diet. If you are non vegetarian take boiled eggs and if vegetarian take milk products, soyabean etc....
Best wishes
