Tubes Are Tied. Having Two Fibroid Tumors. Mucus Plug, Cramping And Bloated Feeling. What Could This Be?

Earlier today in the bath what looked like a mucus plug came out, but not sure what it is because I had my tubes tied 3 years ago and normal periods so far except this past month was way early, 26 day cycle when my normal cycle is 34 to 36 days and lasted 10 days when normal is 7 days. I do have two fibroid tumors. Also feeling bloated all the time for the past several months with cramping at odd times. Could the tumors be doing all of this? Thanks

As you underwent tubectomy the possibility of pregnancy is less.
Fibroids can present with symptoms like pain abdomen, irregular menstrual cycles, menorrhagia etc.

So, possibly the symptoms you are having could be due to fibroids.
Once consult gynecologist and get examined.
Anti fibrinolytic drugs help to decrease the bleeding.
Treatment of the fibroids depends on age, parity, symptoms, size and number of fibroids etc.
So by taking all these into consideration, treatment options can be planned.
Hormonal pills for few months will help in decreasing the size of the fibroids and there by symptoms.
