Tubes Tied But Having Nausea, Tender Breast, Morning Sickness And Cramping. Can I Be Pregnant?

I got my tubes tied a year and half ago. I ve been experiencing nausea, tender breasts, morning sickness, gas, and cramping. I took two pregnancy tests one was very faint line and other it was faint but a little darker. Could I be pregnant? My doctor told me it could be possible after I had my surgery.

Not only is it possible that you can be pregnant, it is also possible that it could be a tubal pregnancy. Please return to your doctor and have a blood test that counts how much pregnancy hormone is present and follow that out until you and your doctor know where the pregnancy is located. No method of birth control is 100%. The body tries to restore reproductive potential. Though it is rare sometimes the tubes succeed. When I have a patient who has become pregnant after tubal ligation and desire sterilization I then removed the tubes in their entirety. I am sorry you've had this unexpected outcome. I hope that it resolves safely and soon.
