tugain gel 5% is not in liquid form which I bought from medical. I wanted to know whether it should be in liquid form or it has to be gel. your advice and answer will be kindly appreciated

apply it over scalp ,it will spread easily and convert into liquid.
its better tolerable then liquid,no irritation will there
