Twitching Eyelid, Face And Lip; Ear Blocking Up. Reason?

My upper left eyelid has been twitching for 5 weeks. Some days the twitching seems worse than others. There s only been about 3 incidents where there was a twitching in other parts of my face, around my eye and by my lip. The only other symptom I am experiencing is my left ear blocks up from time to time. Not sure how much longer I should let the twitching go?

AS THE SYMPTOMP INVOLVES EYE AND EAR THIS MIGHT BE ETHMOIDAL SINUSITIS AS IT IS JUNCTION OF NOSE AND EYES
DUE TO INFLAMTION OF ETHMOIDS THERE CAN BE
THE ETHMOIDAL SECRETIONS FALL BACK CAUSING EUSTACHIAN TUBE BLOCK AND AFFECTS THE EAR
GET XRAY PNS WATERS VIEW AND CONSULT THE ENT DOCTOR TO CLEAR THE INFECTION INSTEAD OF WAITING
