Two Moles In Body, Pulled Out Completely. Hair Sprouting In Its Place. Should I Be Worried?

Hi...I am a South Asian Indian guy age 32..I have two moles develop in my body voer the past few months. They are each slightly bigger than the quarter of a pencil eraser and with uniform texture but slightly elevated above the surface (very very slight elevation like a paper pasted on wall)..When i noticed them i touched and immediately both started to rise up and swell in the next couple of days and i was able to pull out the mole completely. Now where one of the moles was there are few hairs sprouting out of it [the surrounding area doesnt have any hair] and the other hasnt bled or itched. Should i be worried..
