Hello,

You're a Type II diabetic and your HbA1c poorly controlled.
You should maintain it around 6.
You have hypertriglyceridemia.
Maintain it around 150.
Your creatinine is at the upper limit of normal.
In total it is a metabolic syndrome.
Pioglitazone has been associated with increased history of bladder cancer but to have blood stained semen with such short exposure to it is very unlikely.
Consult an urologist.
