Type 2 Diabetic, Have Diarrhea, Sugar Level 150. Is There Anything To Worry About?
thank you, I have type 2 diabeties since 1998, the last few weeks I have had diarreah, it seems everything I eat doesn t agree with me. my a1c two months ago was 6.5. my sugar levels are around 150, is there anything to worry about? again, thank you Angie

Your blood sugar and HbA1c values are fine. Don't worry.
In this situation I would advice my patient to take care of dehydration. Regular intake of oral feeds and fluids will help you. At the same time regularly check your blood sugar to prevent hypoglycemia due to diarrhea.
Consult your doctor and get treated for diarrhea.
