Type II Diabetes,hypertension,rough Skin On Feet And Palm,nails Affected

I m a lady aged 66 yrs suffering from diabetes type II and hypertension from last 3 yrs - am on medication . Skin in feet and palm gets rough and few nails getting affected. Can anyone mail me a simple diet chart Indian style that can be followed easily. Thanks

hi welcome to hcm.see in diabetic patient have to eat small meal at small interval.take more fibrous diet like low glycemic food oatmeal,peanut,peas,beans.
avoid potatoes,rice,white bread,which having high amount of carbohydrates.avoid fast food which having high fat and sugar content.
drink unsweetened green tea,cinamonn .
avoid all kind of tension.do regular exercise and yoga.do your blood check up in every 6 month interval.
