UTI. Urine Analysis Done. Suggestions?

I have a recurrent Urinary tract infection. Im married, 37 yrs old and had an oophorectomy last year. my urinalysis result is as follows:
Color -pale straw, transparency - hazy, reaction 6.0 (acidic), specific gravity 1.005, albumin -negative, sugar- negative, WBC Pus Cells 10-15/HPF, RBC Red Cells 0-1/ HPF (occasional), squamous cells - moderate, amorphous urates - few. thanks

Hi,
If you have recurrent UTI, go for urine test and culture sensitivity test.
This test will reveal causing bacteria and antibiotic working against it.
after report go for long course of specific antibiotics after consulting your doctor.
Take plenty of water.
If require go for ultra sound of kidney to rule out other problem with kidneys.
