UTI Test Positive For Leukocytes After Stopping Breastfeeding. Amoxicillin Not Helping

hi there, i stopped brestfeeding my 3 month old baby and 2 -3 days after that i started having lower back pain, fever, urine burning, headache.I did a UTI test and came positive for leukocytes. im taking amoxicillin 500 mil X 3 times a day for the 3rd day and not to much difference.

Then dear in that case I advice you to tell your doctor and there could be a change of the antibiotic or an addition of the metronidazole group in the patient or culture and sensitivity testing of the type of discharge.
