Ulcers On Penis Foreskin, Painful, Foreskin Rips During Intercourse. STD?
I have four small ulcers on the foreskin of my penis. My foreskin is very thin and rips and tears easily during sex even when i wear a condom. They are painful to touch but that is about all. nothing else unordinary going on down there. but my skin always rips when having sex. Hoping that this is not herpes or syphilis.
Hello, Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HCM. You have not mentioned in your query since how long you have these ulcers as w need to know the exact time period and the basic thing present over the area before the formation of ulcer to reach to the closest possibility of the ulcer. In herpes we do find multiple ulcers but prior to it these is multiple small fluid filled vesicle are present which burst up in 1-2 days. In syphilis there is formation of red dot and then it forms painless ulcer which is not small in size It appears from your query that you have the possibility of herpes but not of syphilis as you can get from the informations provided above. It is better to consult either a dermatologist with expertize in sexually transmitted disease for best suggestion regarding the same. Hope it helps. with good health wishes, Dr Sanjay K Kanodia MD ( Dermatology and STD)
