Ultrasound Of Kidneys Shows Multiple, Low Level, Tiny Echoes In Left Kidney. Meaning?

Hi Im Mrs. Evangeline fro the Philippines..I would like to ask about my ultra sound result of my kidneys..my right kidney is negative while my left kidney show findings: the left kidney shows multiple,tiny, low level echoes with no posterior sonic enhancement along the superior calyceal complex. The left pelvocalyceal complex is not dilated.

The finding you mentioned is not something specific. In order to judge on it, additional information - including your clinical symptoms and history - is required. Your best bet at this situation is one of the two options: either please provide the above-mentioned extra information so that I can have a clear picture about your situation, or - if you do not have any symptoms - please repeat the ultrasound in 6-8 weeks and get back to me with the results.
