Ultrasound Report. Can Any Online Doctor Help Me To Read It?
Hi,i have pain in my left ovary .my US Pelvis-TVS tells that uterus meassures 6×4.2×2.7 cms. Right ovary is 2.6×1.8 cms Left ovary measures 2.4×2.3 cms and shows presence of dominant. Follicle is 1.5×1.3 cms. No fluid in POD. I have normal monthly periods during last 2 months.before this i had an iui process but it was not successful.plz guide me.

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The ultrasound of the pelvis reveals a normal sized uterus.
Bilateral ovaries are also normal in size.
Presence of dominant follicle suggests that a follicle has matured and is ready to be released.
This suggests that the ovaries are funtioning normally and conception is possible.
You need to try the IUI procedure again.
IUI procedure may not be successful on 100% occasions.
You need to consult your doctor (infertility specialist).
