Ultrasound Report Showed Corpus Cyst Seen In Left Ovary And Repeat USG After Week. Suggestions?

Today i went for USG and the report is as under:
Gastational sac size 10.5mm, choriodecidual reaction is poor, Fetal node not seen, As per LMP it should be 6w 4d but USG say it is 4w 6d old. Also there is corpus cyst seen in left ovary measuring 25mm.
Suggested: repeat USG after 1 week.
Please give your valuable opinion and suggest

Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Sometimes due to delayed ovulation gestational age by usg is lesser than by LMP.
Corpus cyst is normal in early pregnancy.
Fetal node also appears after 5 weeks.
So get a repeat scan done after one week.
