OB & GYN Specialist 's  Response
Hello dear,
Thanks for the query, your ultrasound is absolutely normal. At 24 weeks the fetus will have variable presentations, hence need not worry, unless until any uterine anomalies ruled out. And your placenta is high so just need not worry.
Hope I answered your question, Kindly reply me if you have any further queries or any comments. I will be very happy to help you.
Sincerely,
Dr Arif

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The scan is normal / variable presentation / no problem for the pregnancy
The delivery must be in an institution (hospital) - because of the breech...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
