Ultrasound Shows Fundal Placenta, Grade 1-2 Maturity. Worried About Position Of Fetus
Dear Dr, I had ultra sound yesterday.hav completed 31 weeks. it shows single live intrautrine fetus in oblique lie(fetal head at left lumber region) with good fetal cardiac activity and movements. Placenta is fundal,upper segment & grade 1 to 2 maturity. Liquor is optimum AFI is about 11.8cm.is this report is normal. i just worried about the position.pls clarify. Thank you.

Your pregnancy is completely normal. The left lumbar region position of fetal head is one of normal position. You have completed 31 weeks , so there is negligible chance that fetus will rotate.
Also your liquor and placenta are also adequate. Your delivery will be like head of fetus will come first , so dont worry and best luck for delivery.
