hi doctors, my ultra sound reads A single intrauterine fetus is see. Two echogenic kidneys with the presence of intra abdominal ascites are seen. A multiseptated complex cystic mass 116x108mm diameters is seen in the posterior cervical spine. This mass has the appearance consistent with the presence of cystic hygroma. oligohydramnios. Your urgent response is needed . thank you
Hi, Thanks for writing to us. You should consult a gynaecologist immediately because cystic hygroma is a congenital malformation and it cause intrauterine foetal demise generally but case to case prognosis defer, but basically prognosis is very poor in such cases.
