Ultrasound Shows Pregnancy Of 25 Weeks. History Of No Signs Of Pregnancy. In Need To Abort Pregnancy. Help

Hi doctor, I am 33 years old, I have been having irregular menses but later on got treated and was regular with my periods. In the month of June i stopped getting my periods and thought that my cycle has gone back to being irregular, I did a pregnancy test and the result was positive, I also went for an ultra sound scan and was confirmed that i am 25 weeks pregnant! This has shocked me, as i never not any signs of being pregnant, I want to abort the pregnancy, my family is not aware about this and i do not want them to know, what can i use to terminate this pregnancy? Please help me as i desperately need to get rid of this pregnancy
