ultrasound shows there is a single intrauterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation with good fetal movement and cardiac activity.biparietal diameter:7.5cm.=28 5/7 weeks AOG,femoral length:5.2cm.=28 2/7weeks AOG,placenta:posterior,grade 0,amniotic fluid:adequate,averarage ultrasound age:28 4/7 weeks AOG,needs further interpretation

hello,
Your USG report shows normal parameter for baby and development corresponds to gestational age.
Single Intrauterine pregnancy in cephalic presentation means head of the baby keeps longitudinally and enter pelvis first.
Good fetal movement with cardiac activity indicates fetal well being and placental circulation is good enough.Near term BPD will be 10 cm,corresponds to engaging diameter when enter pelvis to deliver baby.Placenta will be more mature at later months with adequate amniotic fluid volume.
Do periodic check up for clinical assessment and continue needful supplements.Avoid heavy work and take adequate rest with left lateral position.
