Ultrasound Shows Some Abnormalities In Liver And Kidney. What Do The Findings Suggest?

Hi Dr. My husband had a Ultrasound, last week, this is due to regular yearly check up thr company provide.



complete report is ok, 2 things which are pointed are

1) Liver: Mild fatty changes noted with increased echotexture

2) Left Kidney measures: Mild full ness of pelivs noted



Can you guide what this 2 things are...

as my husband doesn't have any physical problem, or pain

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.
Liver - Mild fatty changes is pretty normal as most of the overweight ppl have mild fatty changes. Its nothing to worry. Just to take care of the food habits and avoid fatty/oily foods. It would stop progression into moderate/severe fatty liver.
Similarly mild fullness of renal pelvis also is not significant if he is not having any pain.Maybe due to overdistension of bladder the pelvis was appearing full.
There's nothing to worry for both of the findings.
