hello Dr, I am deepa 25 years old and married before 2 yrs but i still not conceived my periods are regular only, i used ovulation kits on my ovulation days i got positive results we tried that days also but its not working for us, my husband's reports and mine also positive scan reports. tried after taking clomid,benforce,cabgolin tablets i fed up taking tablets so please help me...

Endometrial thickness and quality of motile sperm is also important.
Plan for intercourse under guidance of usg ovulation study.You can also take beta-hcg injection to fix the ovulation time and try accordingly under guidance of your doctor.
IUI with husband's semen under guidance of your doctor is the first management after all this.Keep in touch with your doctor.
