Unable To Conceive After Diagnosed With Bilateral Tubal Blockage. Is Hydrotubation Effective?

I was diagnosed with bileteral tubal blockage after an episode of chronic PID,since then i have not been able to conceive,my doctor sugested i should do 3 cycle of hydrotubation,please i want to know how effective hydrotubation is as another doctor i spoke to said tubal surgery is better.i am 37 years old.Thank you

Thanks for consulting us.
Both methods are being used in different centers & by different doctors depending upon the expertise available & the type of blockage. Success rates are not very good.
These days, if tubal obstruction is the sole cause of subfertility, IVF & embryo transfer is a better option.
