Unable To Have Sex Due To Masturbation Habit. Treatment?

Hi i am used to masturbation i have never has sex the first time i try to have it ejeculated bebore my penis has contact with her vagina and i got shocked after some minute i asked her to touch my penis so it might help erect but it did not work how can i solve this? since that day i am scared to ask a girl for sex i only masturbate please help me

You might have ejaculated prematurely because of hyper excitement during first sex rather than because of masturbation. It is very common to have this problem during first sexual exposure.

Please do masturbation only when sexually excited and not as a part of habit.
