Hello,
The reason behind premature ejaculation can be Diabetes, Smoking, Stress, certain drugs, etc. So if you have any of these interfering please look into it.
Coming to exercises for improving your time of erection,
1. When you do intercourse and you know you are just about to ejaculate, stop there, your partner can grip the penis with fingers and press just before the glance of penis. Wait for some time and then you can resume the activity. This can be done once or twice during activity.
2. When you urinate try and hold the urine when you are half done. Hold as much as you can, this shall help increasing your time.
Try these methods for few weeks and if your time is not sufficiently delayed you can try Tab. Dapoxetine after consultation with your doctor.
Hope your concern is addressed. Feel free to ask any more queries. Take care.
Regards.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your description,. I am sure that I will be able to clarify your doubts.

Premature ejaculation happens mainly due to anxiety and physical and mental tiredness. It is also very difficult to maintain hard erection when we are anxious or stressed.

Just make sure to be fresh physically and mentally before sexual activity and love your wife and what you are doing. Don't think or worry about anything during the divine pleasure act of intercourse. Treat it divine and do it only when you are fresh. Don't make it a market place activity.

You are young, you are married only past year and you are healthy. These are main ingredients along with love, affection and care for your wife, for a happy sexual life.

No negative thoughts.

Hope I am able to clarify your doubts. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
