Hi doctor My husban made semen analysis and everything was normal but he can t maintain a full erection is it performance anxiety and if so does performance anxiety last for more than 6 months?? or it may be Venous leak? but i ve heard that Venous leak affects sperm count and morphology and as i said his analysis was good thnks

Hello,
I think he needs to get scrotal sonography,penile Doppler and may be counselling done to know underlying cause.Normal serum analysis doesn't entirely rule out vascular cause. Treatment can be planned after that.
