Unable To Sleep Or Eat More At A Time. Have Lump On Neck. Took Ibuprofen Ans Melatonin. Advcie?
I am a41 year old male. I have not been able to sleep fir more than 10 minutes at a time in the last 3 days. I have not been able to eat more than a bite at a time. I have a lump on my neck that may be affecting my thyroid. I have taken ibuprofen Pm, melatonin, valarian root, and tried unisom as nd still can't sleep. what should I do? or try next?

I suggest u to show some ENT specialist
U will need a thyroid scan and an endoscopy to rule out pressure.
Difficulty in swallowing should not taken lightly because the causes range from as simple as throat infection to serious conditions like carcinoma thyroid or oesophagus.
