Uncontrollable Heart Beat, Pressure In Chest, Dizziness And Strange Sensation In Head. What Should Be Done?

I'm 21 and male. My heart sometimes beats uncontrolably for a few minutes and I feel a strange pressure in my chest. During this time I feel a little dizzy and once the beating becomes regular I feel a strange sensation in my head. Like a rush of blood.

What do I need to do? I'm too young for heart problems right?

Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

See an Internist / get yourself examined / at times, basic investigation may be necessary...
Your heart beats need to be DOCUMENTED by ElectroCardioGram (EKG). Standard ECG records the electrical activity of the heart, for a few seconds. It can detect the arrhythmia occurring during that time only. If the episode occurs randomly or precipitated by a specific activity like exercise, one needs Holter or event monitor.
Age does not exclude! At this age, congenital diseases and conduction problems are likely to be causing the problem

Good luck
Take care
Wishing all well
God bless
