Under Eye Bags And Fatigue. On Vegetarian Food With Good Amount Of Sleep. When Will The Leave?
Hi Dr. Mintz,
I am a 22 year-old female and despite my active and healthy routine, I find that I can not get rid of the bags under my eyes and am constantly told by others that I look tired. I get a good amount of sleep each night, exercise 5 days a week, eat a vegetarian diet, and do not smoke or drink. I am looking for any feedback as to how I can get my face to reflect my feelings of energy and alertness, rather than constant fatigue.
dear patient, hi, Do you have a salty diet?Do you have any allergies?? Do you drink enough water. Do you drink excess cofee? Check for any allergies. Avoid dehydrating fluids Drink plenty of water so that salt gets washed out . After coming from outside place cold cucumber pieces or chilled tea bags for 15 minutes on your eyes helps with water retention. Wash your makeup before sleeping. Use moisturiser and a sunscreen for the face. Then theres always option of surgical removal but better go for natural cure then artificial
