i had blood work done in january 2013 and on results paper under component it reads TSH and my results are 3.32 miU/L and on right of page under comments its saying reference range under neath tthatits like this > or = 20 years 0.40-4.50 underneathit says pregnancy ranges first trimester:0.26-2.66 then underneath it sayssecond continues on ect

Your thyroid function tests are within normal limits. The TSH range you have mentioned is normal for all age groups. In lab reports it is mandatory to write the range for various age groups.

You do not require any treatment for this condition.
