Underwent AVR Surgery. Altered INR And PT Levels. Taking Warf. Need To Change The Dosage?

i have undergone an AVR surgery on 25th april 2013 .
my INR and PT as on 4 may 13 was 1.24 and 13.3 respectively .on 13 may it was 2.32 and 26.8.
today on 20th may reports show that my INR and PT is 4.1 and 30.2. I have been taking WARF 7.5 and need further advice as to whather or not should i continue with the same dose.

The target INR is dependent upon the type of valve and concomitant conditions like AF are present or not. Moreover this issue is too subjective to be discussed online. At times this may be dangerous.
Since an INR of 4.1 is high for most of the clinical situations, I would request you to see your doctor on priority or at least contact him urgently.
