hello, welcome to HCM, AS YOU UNDERGONE CATARACT SURGERY ARE YOU PUTTING SOME OTHER DROP LIKE TROPICACYL OR HOMIDE FOR PUPILLARY DILATATION. THESE DROPS CAUSE BLURRY VISION. PREDFORTE DOES NOT BLURRY VISION ,IT IS STEROIDS GIVEN TO REDUCE POST OPERATIVE INFLAMMATION, SOME TIMES CORNEAL EDEMA, POST OPERATIVE INFLAMMATION CAN CAUSE BLURRY VISION, I ADVISE YOU TO VISIT YOUR DOCTOR ONE MONTH POST-OPERATIVELY AND GET REFRACTION DONE. WITH PROPER EYE EXAMINATION HE WILL BE ABLE TO TELL YOU CAUSE OF YOUR BLURRING.TILL ONE MONTH KEEP PUTTING PREDFORTE AS ADVISED AND VISIT YOUR DOCTOR AT END OF 1 MONTH. TAKE CARE, YOU CAN ASK FURTHER QUERY.
Hello, Blurry vision following cataract surgery can be because of inflammation of eye induced by surgery. Predforte eye drops will help in this condition. There are some other causes for diminision of vision following cataract surgery like corneal edema, astigmatism induced by surgery... Hence I advice you to consult your surgeon for treatment accordingly. Thank you
