Uneven Hearing In Ears, Feeling Of Pressure In Right Ear, Itching. Having Allergies. Suggestions?

I have been having uneven hearing in my ears for awhile now. It always feels like there is a lot of pressure in my right ear. Some times it even feels like i have an itch in my ear. My hearing is clearer in my left but in my right ear sounds sound muffled.
Im not sure why it happens. I figured it was allergies because I do have bad allergies but it seems like it has been going on for to long.

hello,
The symptoms you have mentioned are related to eustachian tube blockage. You can open the block naturally in mild case by steaming as in will open up the blocked mucus.Anti inflammatory drugs may also be used as the most common cause of the blockagge is inflammation.Using nasal sprays and oral decongestants may help you.Thank you.

Hi, Thanks for using HCM.

Uneven hearing, feeling lot of pressure in ear with history of bad allergies suggest mostly of secretory otitis media, that is due to allergy the middle ear will be filled with serous secretion. You can take anti histamine drug, keep chewing some thing to put your eustation tube open to drain fluid, avoid allergy. Also consult your doctor for examination once and management. If infected then need to take antibiotics.
Hope I answered your question. Feel free to ask me if you have any further queries.
Wish you good health. Take care.

Regards
Dr. Lohit

Hi,
It seems that you might be having impacted wax or some chronic infection in your right ear.
Consult ENT surgeon and get examined.
Ok and take care.
