Uneven Skin Tones, Get Tanned Easily, Facial And Neck Skin Darker Than Entire Body. Remedy?

Not sure if you have the answer to my question... But i was just wondering why i have uneven skin tones. My face and neck are darker than my entire body. I do get tan very quicky during the summer (even though i do everythng to avoid the sun) but I lose my tan during winter. However my face remains way darker (dark brown)than the rest of my body (caramel). I know it s not normal. I tried makari skin lightening products and had an allergic reaction after a week of trying... so i stopped using Makari products.... some prople talk about peeling and glutathione??? not sure just want my face to be the same color of my body... By the way, i m black.

Hello,
Welcome and thanks for posting your query to HealthcareMagic.
As per your query you have uneven skin tones, get tanned easily, facial and neck skin darker than entire body.
Medically you should understand that in certain people have the type of skin which tans more commonly than burning. It is a common phenomenon because of more activity of the color producing cells know as "melanocytes". So the more common of the process is getting uniform pigmentation which is known as "Tanning".
For this you can use ceratin lightening creams. I general prescribe Kojic acid cream or Azelaic acid cream at night time only over the affected area. Apply it in such a thin layer that it should not be visible by naked eye. Do not try to rub it. It is generally diluted with some bland cream to reduce the irritation. SO these creams are to be used under dermatological guidance only.
Along with it apply a good SPF sunscreen daily for 3-4 times. This is to be applied half an hour before going out. The sunscreen are effective for 3 hours only, so if the direct or indirect exposure is present then reapply after every 3 hours.
Have plenty of fruits containing vitamin C and A.
Lastly kindly reassure yourself for this simple problem which can be taken care of by simple meticulous methods and you will be alright soon.
I hope these information's will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good glowing skin"
