Unplanned Pregnancy, Want Abortion. Doctor Asked To Wait For Some Days. Advise?

Hello Doctor..

I took a morning pregnancy test and it turned out positive with a faint second line. I intend to get an abortion done as it is an unplanned pregnancy. I consulted a doctor and after doing the sonography he said that it is a sign of very early pregnancy and asked me to wait for four five days and consult him again. I want to get the abortion done at the earliest. Please advise on what to do.

Hello.
Thanks for writing to us.
Since you had a very faint line on the pregnancy test, it might not be a viable pregnancy. It is best to wait for 5-7 days as advised. You can abort safely till 7 weeks of gestation.
I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you. You can consult me again directly through my profile URL http://bit.ly/Dr-Rakhi-Tayal
