Unprotected Anal Sex, White Substance On Penis Head, Vine Like Things Forming

Ok so a while back, almost a month, I had unprotected anal sex, and just recently I have noticed a whitish looking thing on my penis head very close to the foreskin and just today I noticed where the skin meets the penis, there are small vine-like things forming.
I do wank off a lot and I read that could be the issue, but I'm starting to worry

Thanks for query on hcm.
It seems to be mixed infection fungal as well as bacterial infection.
It usually occurs after unprotected sex,improper hygiene and tight under garment.
You have to apply cream containing neomycin or clindamycin with miconazole.
Take nsaid to subside redness,inflammation and complete course of antibiotic like azithro,cefixime.
Take proper local care,clean it with antiseptic soap or liquid,make it dry than apply cream.
Avoid unprotected sex.
Consult your family physician .
