Unprotected Oral Sex, Itching, Secretion Of Clear Liquid, Looks Like Pre Ejaculate. Suggestions?

I had unprotected oral sex preformed on me. I have no burning sensation, soreness, or difficulty urinating just an occasional light itch or tingle and the secretion of a sticky clear liquid. I may have had this beforehand and just not really noticed it, I'm just worried because of the unprotected oral. Should I be? I've read a few qna's, I get the feeling I shouldn't be like I'm just thinking about it too much but I still kind of am. Oh and te secretion of the liquid it doesn't ooze out its more like I feel it coming and roll it out onto my fingers myself by the way it's odorless makes me think it's like pre-ejaculate like its stored or something and none of this is painful.
