Unprotected Sex. Took I-pill, Had Protected Sex, Condom Failure. Second Dose Of I-pill Needed?

we had unprotected sex yesterday night and i had my wife take an i pill within 12 hrs. I had a condom break down when we had sex 6 hrs later after having an i pill. (i.e had 2 times within 18 hrs, with an i pill taken in between). My question is, Is the i pill taken enough to control pregnancy or my wife will have to take another dose of i pill.
