Hi,

The feeling of weird and tiny red bumps alone could not be the symptoms of HIV.
Black spots on penis can occur with anybody who is normal. Joint pains also may not be related to HIV.
Nothing is specific for HIV.
Anyhow you had a risky exposure. Better to have a HIV screening Test or some rapid test to rule out HIV as it is already over three months all tests will be sensitive.
If it is negative then you can consult your physician for the present problems and get rid of the same.
Get well soon.
