Unprotected Sex, Brown Discharge, Smell Of Sex, Condoms. On Implanon Birth Control. Treatment?
Two days ago I had unprotected sex & he ejaculated inside me but I ve been on impolon since August 1 & depo since May before that. This morning I had a brown discharge that smell like sex or condoms . I ve been to the doctor to many times this summer. I can t make up another lie about going back. So could you please give me some advice !

This could be your period or any other abnormal genital tract bleeding.
You can wait for some time till situation become clear. It could be breakthrough bleeding which is a known side effect of implanon.
Just have one pelvic ultrasound scan & one Pap smear test to make sure that all is well. If both tests are normal just neglect it.
