Unprotected Sex, Itchy, Burning Vagina, White Fluid Discharge. Advice?

I had unprotected sex about a week ago. A day or two later I experienced an itchy, burning vagina. The discharge has been thick and white as well as watery and white with small white bits that look similar to toilet paper. The burning is especially noticeable closer to the clitoris. I’ve never had a yeast infection before and after research I’m wondering if that’s what it could be? Does this sound like an STI of some sort? Thanking you in advance!

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

It seems that you are suffering from fungal infection.
You can take Clotrimazole tablets for vaginal use for seven days. It should be properly inserted at night before going to sleep.
If symptoms persist ,You need workup for STD and need clinical examination.
Get well soon.

Take Care
