Unprotected Sex While I Was On Z Pack, Azithromycin And Loestrin. Could I Be Pregnant?

Hi, I recently had sex on November 25 while I was on the Z pack Azithromycin for a cough. I have been on Loestrin 24 Fe for years and take it regularly. We used a condom, however, it came off during sex so it wasn't on when he finished. I am now experiencing some stomach cramping, but it is still 4 days before my expected period and this usually never happens. I looked up that this could be a sign of early pregnancy and am wondering if I could be pregnant.

hi dear

the drugs you were on can be a hurdle in your becoming pregnant . you are already using contraceptives but its not always 100% protected. now what you are experiencing may be the side effect of azithromycin, it sometimes cause this , to be on save side you should go for a pregnancy test and then go for ultrasound if any other symptom appears
