Unwanted 72 Pill After 3 Hours Of Sex, Mensuration After 11 Days. Matter Of Concern?

my wife had unwanted 72 pill after 3 hours of sex,but after nearly 11 days she is having menstruation which is nearly 15 days early than expected normal menstruation,i want to know is there any reason to worry that she has got pregnant or what?what are the other side effects

As there is bleeding there is no chance of having pregnancy.
Due to hormonal imbalance caused by Unwanted 72,period may be irregular or more bleeding.
There is no other side effects.
