Up Until Recently My Blood Pressure Has Been Normal. Four

Up until recently my blood pressure has been normal. Four weeks ago i was feeling poor, short of breath and just feeling poor. The nurse at my place of work took my bood pressure. At first she had difficulty getting a reading then when she did it was high. The top number was close to 200 and the bottom number was 108. I was instructed to go to the closest er and did approximately 30 -45 minutes after this reading. It was normal at the er. I had a follow up with the Dr I was seeing at the time 3 days later. It was high then but not as high as 3 days earlier. He sent me to get a MRI on my brain because of the blood pressure and nystagmus in my eyes. I was not able to get the MRI until a week later and it came back ok. I still have my blood pressure going high but also staying in the normal range. I have a new Dr now who has me set to wear a monitor for 24 hours on Wednesday. Tonight I am feeling poor. My blood pressure has been going up and down, i feel uncomfortable in my chest area, shakey nausea and now have a fever of 100.2. Do I need to go to the ER or is this something that can wait until tomorrow when I can call my Dr?
